Your results and certificates
Finishing a course produces a result, and sometimes a certificate. Both are kept for you, so nothing depends on you writing it down at the time.
What you see when you finish
Section titled “What you see when you finish”A page tells you whether you completed, passed or did not pass, and shows your score against the mark you needed.
If the course awards a certificate and you passed, you are taken straight to it and can download it there.
Some courses need a sign-off or your attestation before they count as complete. For those, the page tells you what you are waiting for instead, and your certificate arrives once you are signed off. See Find and complete your training.
Where they are kept afterwards
Section titled “Where they are kept afterwards”Every certificate you have earned is kept under Learn, then Overview.
Everything you have completed is under Learn, then My learning history, where you can search it and see your attempts, scores and time spent.
Courses you have finished drop off My learning, so history is where to look for them rather than the page you started from.
